Project Overview 
In 2021, the launch of a biosimilar medicine prompted our involvement in crafting a compelling value proposition tool. This tool aimed to empower Engagement Teams in instilling a pivotal realisation among prospects about the benefits of switching to the new biosimilar medicine. 
We conceived and built a desktop application that delivers a visually immersive and persuasive value narrative to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Tailored to the specific Integrated Care System (ICS) being addressed by the Engagement Lead, the tool dynamically generates and showcases pertinent cost visualisations. 
Our primary strategy was to illustrate the long-term financial impact of not embracing the new medication.
The Challenges 
• Need to support the launch of a biosimilar medicine with a persuasive and differentiated value proposition.
• Difficulty in clearly communicating the long-term financial benefits of switching to the biosimilar to healthcare professionals.
• Engagement Teams lacked tools to deliver tailored, data-driven messaging to specific Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).

• Urgency in demonstrating the cost of inaction to drive uptake of the new treatment.
